5. Returns & Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

  • Parcels marked as delivered according to tracking information.

  • Loss or damage occurring during shipping once the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of placing an order if an address correction is required.
