All return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original condition.

All original tags and labels must remain attached.

Trying on items is permitted; wearing them beyond fitting is not.

Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes with the intent of partially returning items are not permitted.
Lizzy London reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Return an Item

Contact us at info@lizzylondon.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Our team will provide you with the return address of our supplier (based in China).

Securely package the item and ship it back at your own expense.
Please note:

Return costs typically range between £20 – £30, covering return shipping, administrative handling, inspection, and original packaging processing (if returned).

Any customs duties, taxes, or additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping service, as Lizzy London is not responsible for lost returns without valid tracking confirmation.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, and approved for compliance with our policy:

Your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method used during purchase.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Lizzy London is not liable for parcels marked as delivered according to tracking information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
Failure to provide the correct address may result in additional shipping charges or loss of the parcel.
